Antonio De Anda is absolutely the best at helping people transition from the USA to Puerto Vallarta. He sent a questionnaire so he had an idea of what I was looking for.  He set up multiple viewings for our first day and helped negotiate the contract with a landlord of the apartment I loved.  He helped me navigate a very unfamiliar system and was able to communicate with me and the landlord so we both felt very comfortable with our situation. I recently had one of the best experiences of my life. I retired from a career in nursing and really wanted to do something for myself. I was lucky enough to have Antonio De Anda to guide me through the process of buying a property in Puerto Vallarta. I am a dual citizen and this made the process a bit more challenging. Antonio was able to guide me through the very complicated process. He kept me informed throughout the process, every step of the way. I made it to Puerto Vallarta before the sale was complete and Antonio was able to help me find a condo to rent until my property was acquired. He was patient with all of my questions and explained the process so well. He knows the area well and understands how things work here and was able to find a place that will allow me to become a part of the community that my family left 80 years ago.
