Yes, it’s important to consider Closing Costs, which include fees, expenses, taxes, and the Notary Public’s fees for drawing up the new deed in your name. These costs can vary depending on the price of the property, but generally represent between 4% and 6% of the property value. If you plan to purchase through a mortgage loan, you should also consider potential additional costs such as loan origination fees, appraisals, and interest. However, in many cases, these costs can be financed within your loan.
