Yes, it’s important to consider Closing Costs, which include fees, expenses, taxes, and the Notary Public’s fees for drawing up the new deed in your name. These costs can vary depending on the price of the property, but generally represent between 4% and 6% of the property value. If you plan to purchase through a mortgage loan, you should also consider potential additional costs such as loan origination fees, appraisals, and interest. However, in many cases, these costs can be financed within your loan.

For long-term leases, we charge a fee equal to 1 month’s rent. In the case of short-term rentals, that is, vacation rentals, we charge a 20% commission on what is charged to the tenant. We invite you to contact us to obtain more information on what both services include!
