Century 21 Bayside Properties is committed to the community of Puerto Vallarta
One of the ways we participate in the community is by collaborating on cleaning projects. In 2021, we, along with other organizations and individuals interested in protecting nature, helped found the BANDERAS BAYSIDE PROJECT, a hike from Boca de Tomatlán to Las Ánimas with the goal of collecting trash along the trail. We also participated in the cleaning of the Agua Azul Canal in collaboration with AMPI® (Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals).
In addition, we have participated in the improvement of public gardens and parks with the purpose of removing non-native plants and converting them into sustainable areas.
Recently, the Century 21® Bayside Properties team organized a day of cleaning and socializing at the Las Juntas and Los Veranos river. Last Sunday, after visiting two listed properties, the team met at 10:00 a.m. to clean the river for approximately two hours. Afterwards, they enjoyed a well-deserved break with food, laughter, and ice baths for the more adventurous. This initiative demonstrates Century 21®’s commitment to the community and the environment, strengthening team bonds and contributing to the preservation of Jalisco’s beautiful natural landscapes.
These projects are important because they help keep our city clean. They also allow us to connect with other members of the community and get to know the different parts of Puerto Vallarta.
We take great pride in our work on these projects.
We are fully aware of the positive impact they have had on our city, and we are committed to continue working tirelessly to make Puerto Vallarta an even better place for everyone.
